The Apartments
We have personally renovated both apartments and our aim is to make your stay as wonderful as possible. It is as comfortable and more private than staying in a hotel. Both properties are ground-floor and have plenty of free parking nearby. We personally maintain and clean the apartments ourselves. The rental prices are inclusive of utilities, linen, towels and basic supplies. We have many repeat guests which we believe is testament to how hard we work to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The Area
Both apartments are located in the East Neuk of Fife which is made up of five beautiful coastal villages, each having their own charm and all close to St Andrews, the home of golf. Elie is famous for its golden beaches, watersports, beach cricket, golf courses and driving range. Crail has a quaint working harbour, golden sands, the Crail Pottery and is home to the famous Crail Golf Course.
Elie Studio Apartment
Located just off the High Street in the heart of Elie village and only a 2 minute walk to the beach, golf course, driving range or tennis courts. It is ground-floor and perfect for two people. The kitchen is fully-equipped and even has a washer-dryer. The sitting room with its en-suite shower room has a very comfortable, state of the art wall-bed, sofa, dining table, TV, DVD, and the all-important genuine log fire. This, together with the underfloor heating, makes for a really cosy time!
Crail Residence Apartment
The apartment is set back from the High Street which offers more privacy and is ideally situated for shops, pubs, the harbour and beach. It is ground-floor and has a lovely south-facing terrace which is great for watching the world go by! Sleeping up to 4 people, the sitting room has a double sofa bed, as well as a real log fire, TV, DVD player, Bose CD Player and Wi-fi. The dining kitchen is a home-from-home and is well equipped with everything you’ll need including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite shower room. There is also a WC off the hallway. The underfloor heating makes for a really cosy time!
